Tyler's Ride is a non-profit corporation created by the Dierolf family in remembrance of Tyler J. Dierolf.
On June 7, 2015, 25 year old Boyertown resident, Tyler Dierolf, was killed in a motorcycle accident. Shortly after the tragedy, family, friends, and the communities of Berks and Montgomery county, came together to celebrate Tyler's life by participating in a share-the-road event, "Tyler's Ride." Hundreds of people on their motorcycles, cars, and trucks, came together and drove Tyler's favorite route.
Our mission is to provide temporary help and assistance to individuals in the Southeastern Pennsylvania area who have been affected by a sudden crisis or tragedy.

"WRITTEN BY READING EAGLE "Colebrookdale District police said they are seeking information to help identify a vehicle that pulled into the path of a motorcycle that crashed on Route 100 on Sunday, killing the motorcycle driver. Tyler J. Dierolf, 25, of Colebrookdale, was pronounced dead at the scene by Berks County Deputy Coroner Matt Mears shortly after the scene of crash, which happened about 9:50 a.m. just north of County Line Road. Route 100 in Colebrookdale Township. According to police: Dierolf was operating a motorcycle traveling north at about 9:50 a.m. when he braked hard for another vehicle crossing his path, causing his bike to flip, throwing him and his female passenger onto the road. It was unknown if the motorcycle made contact with the other vehicle. The female passenger, Kristin M. Hoagey, 22, of Boyertown, was taken by ambulance to Lehigh Valley Hospital. She was in fair condition Monday, a hospital spokeswoman said. A preliminary investigation showed an unidentified vehicle crossed Dierolf's lane causing him to stop suddenly, police Chief David Viola said. Police are receiving assistance in the investigation by the district attorney's Berks County Crash Task Force."
